Shotcam Privacy Policy

Shotcam (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Shotcam mobile application.

Information We Collect

Shotcam does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect personal information from users.

We may process the following:

• Video Content: clips generated during gameplay at participating clubs
• Basic Technical Data: limited technical information (such as device type or app performance data) to ensure the app functions properly

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Provide access to video clips and highlights
• Enable downloading and sharing of clips
• Maintain and improve the functionality of the app

YouTube (admin only)

Club administrators may connect a YouTube channel in the Shotcam admin panel so they can go live from venue cameras. For that feature we access channel identity, live-stream/broadcast details, and an encrypted OAuth refresh token. We use this only to create and manage live streams the admin requests. We do not sell this data or use it for ads or AI/ML training. Tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when YouTube is disconnected (or access is revoked in Google Account settings). Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Content and Clubs

• Video clips are generated at participating clubs using the Shotcam system
• Clubs are responsible for managing and deleting content through administrative tools
• Shotcam does not control how clubs manage their content

Sharing

• Clips may be shared by users via links or downloads
• Shotcam does not sell or share personal data

Children’s Privacy

Shotcam may be used by players of all ages at participating clubs.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any content is generated within the club environment, which is responsible for its operation and oversight.
